WILLEMSTAD – The Prime Minister of Curaçao, Ivar Asjes does not want to say anything about the outcome of the investigation done by the Ombudsman on the functioning of Minister Plenipotentiary Marvelyne Wiels.
The memorandum of preliminary findings was sent to the Minister of General Affairs (the Prime Minister) as should be, according to Ashes. He must give his comments within six weeks.
The Ombudsman then makes the final version of the report and send it to the Parliament.
“Then the report becomes public,” said Asjes.
The Ombudsman began in November, on her own initiative, an investigation into the conduct of Minister Plenipotentiary Wiels. Wiels came under fire for her conduct since the day she was appointed.
The report has been on Asjes’ desk for a number of weeks now, but he doesn’t want to say anything about it yet. Asjes regrets insinuations that he would keep the report a secret.
Any conversation or any action in response to the report against Marvelyne Wiels according Asjes will be done only after the report is discussed in parliament.

yes, isn”t she lovely..
Charming lady..
Klinkt heel redelijk. Het rapport wordt publiek maar het voorlopige rapport niet. Niks mis mee
Aan de foto te zien, denk ik te weten waar het rapport verstopt is.
Dat zegt genoeg…
leuke foto trouwens, die is ook veelzeggend…
