WILLEMSTAD – On Sunday, November 27th the 3rd KLM Curacao Marathon took place in Willemstad, Curacao.
There were 2.000 entries from 29 countries on the Cavalier 5 km Walk or Run, the Intertrust 10 km Walk or Run, the Amstel Bright Half Marathon, the KLM Marathon and the Royal Netherlands Navy 10.5 km Trail. 1.492 participants finished.
7.500 Euro was raised by Run 4 School and Travel 4 School (ANVR) for Fundashon Amigunan di Cristo. The next edition of the KLM Curacao Marathon is November 26th, 2017
The Curd Evertsz “bokaal” was handed out to Mrs Sloan from the US (she ran in Caracao Marathon # 189 at the age of 68).
