WILLEMSTAD – To comply with the article 33 of the Electoral Regulations of Curaçao, the Supreme Electoral Council (SEC) held a public meeting on Monday, September 5, 2016, at 10 am. This meeting was held at the Registrar’s Office, which is also the headquarters of the SEC.
In this meeting, the SEC decided on each party’s number and color for the 2016 parliamentary election.
During the meeting, each party had the opportunity to indicate the name of their political organization. This is how it will appear on the ballot.
The sequence in which the parties will appear was decided during the meeting and the Chairmen of the SEC announced the number and the color of each political organization.
