WILLEMSTAD – After several months of negotiations, the Curaçao Ports Authority agreed with Subcom (Tyco) to expand its activities within the harbor of Willemstad by consolidating its operations on Curaçao.
Subcom (Tyco) is a leading global supplier of undersea communications systems around the world.
In January 2017, Subcom will move its entire operations from St. Croix to Curaçao. A new warehouse of approximately 600 sq.m will be built at the Prins Hendrik Wharf, the pan yard will be expanded with an additional 4000 sq.m and a cable supply ship will be berthing permanently at the Prins Hendrik.
