WILLEMSTAD – James Martin & Associates heeft naast het kantoor op Aruba per februari 2015 een kantoor in Curaçao geopend. Dit is onderdeel van de regionale strategie en business development van James Martin & Associates.
Het kantoor Curaçao is met name gericht op onroerend goed transacties (als strategische partner van R365 | Christie’s International Real Estate), fiscaal recht, familierecht, (grensoverschrijdend) erfrecht, civiel recht (o.a. letselschade) en intellectueel eigendomsrecht.

James Martin & Associates has opened an office in Willemstad, Curacao, next to the Aruba office. This is part of the firms regional strategy and business development.
The Curacao office is scheduled to be more than the Aruba office focused on Real estate transactions facilitations (partner of real estate), Tax law, Family Law(Cross border inheritance cases),Civil (personal injury cases) and Intellectual property law( Counterfeit and Infringement cases).
