Transitional activities have been arranged and the firm will continue as standalone firm called KDC Interim.

KPMG Dutch Caribbean will operate as “KDC Interim” from January 1. A mutual decision has been reached between KPMG International and the KPMG Dutch Caribbean Audit and Advisory Practice for the firm to withdraw from the KPMG global network by 31 December 2018.

This reflects the results of a review of the future strategy and plans for KPMG International, and the Dutch Caribbean Audit and Advisory firm and KPMG’s presence in the region. Transitional activities have been arranged and the firm will continue as standalone firm called KDC Interim.

KPMG International and the KPMG Dutch Caribbean Audit and Advisory firm have been working together to facilitate an orderly transition. As soon as there is news on the future after this interim period, KDC Interim will inform all involved.
